Repair of Faulty Toilets.

Toilets can go wrong.
Some don't flush properly or take a long time to fill.
Some leak and waste water.
If your toilet is blocked you will need to contact a plumber who deals with drainage.
If the toilet does not flush properly
then the mechanism inside the cistern will need
to be repaired or replaced. There are a number of options for replacing the
float valve
and flush mechanism, including installing a dual flush which will save water.
Prices for replacing the
float valve or flush mechanism will range from £95
upwards
depending on your requirements and the type of toilet you have. (See notes on Prices).
The basic price for repairing a leaking toilet is
£75.
Some leaking toilets will require a new float valve or flush mechanism (see
above).
Some leaking toilets can not be repaired and will need replacing.
Toilet Replacement.
The price for
replacing a toilet is £180.
This includes labour but does not include the cost of the new toilet or materials.
New toilets can be supplied or the customer can provide their own.
